Art Changes Lives – Community Connectedness offers free, weekly creative sessions for adults who may be feeling lonely or isolated. These relaxed, friendly sessions are designed to help people feel comfortable, welcomed and supported while exploring creativity at their own pace.

Through simple, accessible art activities, participants can express themselves, try something new and enjoy being part of a group without pressure or expectations. The sessions focus on building confidence, boosting self-esteem and helping people feel less alone, while gently encouraging connection and conversation.

At Artcore, we believe creativity can help people feel more connected to themselves and others. Our sessions provide a calm, safe space where everyone is valued, listened to and free to take part in whatever way feels right for them.

The sessions are open to adults aged 19 and over and are suitable for complete beginners no experience is needed, just a willingness to give it a go.
