Step up, grab some clay, and make your very own creation!

Your first time on a pottery wheel! 30 mins max, bisque firing included. Session includes a free hot or cold drink in our café.

Please contact the studio after payment to book the time of your session.

After bisque firing you can take your piece home and decorate it, but please note this will be less durable than twice-fired pottery and purely decorative.

You may wish to “turn” your pot to refine its shape and add a foot-ring to the bottom, and possibly a handle to turn it into a cup. This needs to be done a week or so later, before the pot is too dry to alter. We suggest you decide whether you would like to book a turning session after you have thrown your piece.

You may also want to book a glazing session to finish your piece. This will turn your work into a finished piece of pottery which will be washable and food/drink safe
