‘The Switch Off’ – Unplug & Relax

We invite you to ‘The Switch Off’, the first in series of sessions that provide an opportunity to wind down and relax.

On Friday 11th November 2022, we are showcasing the work of local mixed media Artist Dawn Campion who will be available for a Meet and Greet as she shares the ideas and techniques behind her work. In addition, we shall be celebrating Poems by emerging and more widely acclaimed Poets.

We also hope to have some acoustic music and song from our own Phoebe Shaw. The evening will pay some tribute to The Poppy Appeal, Peace and Armistice Day, as artists and poems shared will support remembrance on this important day. There will be arts activities, food and a chance to explore our building.

So do come down to our Cultural Hub, on Albert Street, Osnabruck Square between 5pm-6.30pm and join us, whether you fancy sharing your poetry, hearing some music, or you just want to unwind with a spot of creativity and a drink, you are most welcome to join us at this free event next Friday.
