Description

This 4 week course is designed for learners with some experience, this course helps you refine your technique on wheel, experiment with new processes, and develop personal projects.

Note: This course is designed for people who have already completed our beginners’ course. If you have not done our beginners’ course, please come into the studio so we can make sure our improvers’ course will provide you with the most suitable level of teaching support for your throwing journey.

We are not able to contact customers to let them know when their individual pieces will be ready, due to the volume of work going through our kilns. You will be given a time estimate for when your piece will be ready to glaze or when it will be ready for collection. It will normally be at least three weeks from the date you make your piece until it is ready to glaze, and at least 10 days after you have glazed your piece before it will be ready for collection.

Important Health Warning: Please note that some heart pacemakers can be affected by the electromagnetic fields (EMFs) generated by an electric pottery wheel.

If you have a pacemaker, you MUST consult your cardiologist before booking a wheel throwing session.
